- You need Mod Podge + food coloring + glass vases
- Mix Mod Podge and food coloring together and paint the vases
- It will look milky but dries transparent.
- No need to spray it with a clear coat because you used Mod Podge but if you use Elmer's glue you will have to because as soon as it gets wet will be come off.
